·           Provided scheduling and program management services for the USACE Mobile District. Pro-actively managed CPM schedule and fast-track commissioning activities using resource loaded schedules to forecast needs across multiple agencies and identify schedule conflicts.  Performed monthly construction schedule reviews for up to 45 projects and conducted time impact analysis on change orders. Accountability extended to earned value analysis.

·           Selected Contributions:

-      $500 million project included developing a Master Integrated Schedule (MIS) in support of the BRAC and 7^th SFG programs across 3 Resident Offices, 29 separate contractors, and over 100 facilities.

-      Authored Data Quality Plan for USACE-wide training for improvement of data reporting/transfer among multiple separately maintained, inter-dependent USACE databases.

-      Assisted USACE Contracting Officer in negotiations on price and schedule changes.
